WELCOME TO THE NO RULES JUST RHYTHM BEGINNERS WORKSHOP SERIES 🖤🔥

Ever wanted to get into dance but feel like stepping straight into an all-levels class is a little intimidating?

This is your starting point.

Our Beginners Workshop Series is designed to help you build the foundations, confidence and comfort you need to really step into dance — without feeling like you have to already know what you’re doing.

Think of it as the foundation before the deep end. 👀

Each month, we’ll explore a different dance style, starting with Urban Hip-Hop.

We’ll take things right back to the beginning, breaking down individual movements and foundations, working through how to use your body, finding your rhythm and gradually putting everything together.

And yes — there will still be choreography! 🔥

The goal isn’t just to learn a routine. It’s to help you understand the movements you’re doing, become more comfortable in your body and leave feeling like:

“Okay… I CAN actually dance.”

No previous dance experience is needed. Whether you’ve never taken a dance class before, haven’t danced in years or simply want to go back to the basics and build your confidence — you’re welcome here!

Alongside our regular Afro x Urban Hip-Hop All-Levels classes, the Beginners Workshop Series gives you a space to build your foundation before stepping into the deep end.

Think of it as your starter before the main course. 🍽️😂

You can take what you learn here and bring it into our regular all-levels classes, where we’ll continue building on your movement, confidence and style.

And because No Rules Just Rhythm is about exploring different ways to move, the style will change every month.

October → Urban Hip-Hop

November → Afrobeats

The series will be popping up across Galway, Limerick & Cork, so wherever you are, there’s a space for you to come as you are, learn from the beginning and find your rhythm.

No experience. No pressure. No need to be “good” at dance.

Just come ready to learn, move and have a good time.
