PPN Lincoln is back in the room, and this one marks two years of it.

Progressive Property Network Lincoln is our monthly evening for property investors, landlords, developers, and the professionals who work alongside them. After August's one-off online session, September brings us back in person at the Bentley Hotel, two years on from the first one.

Speaking this month is Wayne Gray of DMI Finance. He will cover what is actually getting funded in the current lending market, how he works with clients, and a few examples of getting people through the difficult ones. There will be time for questions afterwards.

Expect a room full of active investors, straight talking about what is working right now, and the kind of conversations that are hard to have anywhere else in Lincolnshire.
