How we present ourselves and what we choose to wear has an impact on our mood and self-perception so by selecting to wear the colours and styles we love will lift us up and help to build that trust.

Don’t forget fashion is fun! Try new styles and colours to see what makes you smile - if you love it wear it! Wearing pre-loved clothes is an inexpensive way of playing with clothes. Second hand shopping online and in-store, is the opportunity to find something different at the fraction of the cost of buying new and, just like you, you’re giving that item of clothing a new lease of life!
