We’re SO excited to finally bring you an evening of music, movement, laughter & community with the wonderful Emily from Dance Fit With Emily! 🪩🧡

This one is a little bit different…

We wanted to create something we don’t often get the chance to have — a genuinely accessible space where everyone can join in, exactly as they are. 🥹

Whether you’re:

♿️ Dancing from your wheelchair

🪑 Joining in from a chair

💃 Standing & dancing the whole time

🧠 Neurodivergent and looking for a space where you can just BE

🫶 Chronically ill or disabled and need to move at your own pace

✨ Or simply someone who loves dancing and wants to come along…

YOU BELONG HERE.

There’s no “right” way to dance. No pressure to keep up. No expectation that your body has to move in a certain way.

Just real-life fun, with real people, in a space where we can all exist and partake together!!!

We’re so passionate about creating spaces where disability and accessibility aren’t an afterthought — where you don’t have to choose between being included and looking after your body.

So come as you are. Dance as much or as little as you want.Sit down when you need to. Have a laugh. Make some new friends. And most importantly… HAVE SOME FUN🪩🕺
