Come and join us for a special opportunity to step beyond the exhibition and discover a wider selection of photographs, objects and stories from the Hardmans' Collection, the archive of prolific twentieth-century photographers E. Chambré Hardman and Margaret Hardman.

Led by the exhibition's curators, this engaging session will showcase photographs and collection items not currently on display. From Liverpool's streets, docks and industries to theatres, businesses and landscapes in North Wales and the Lake District, explore the people, places and moments captured through the Hardmans' lens.

Through photographs, business records and studio objects, you'll uncover stories of creativity, community and everyday life, while gaining fresh insight into the professional partnership behind these influential photographers and their work documenting the twentieth century.
