The perfect class for young people who have never sewn with a sewing machine before but want to learn!

Did a young person you know get a sewing machine for christmas? Or have they asked to learn to sew but you don't know where to start with showing them the ropes?

This class is perfect for absolute beginner sewists who need a little more structure learning to sew using a sewing machine. Aimed at kids aged 7 and up, we'll work through how a sewing machine works, threading a machine and basic projects every week.

All materials and snacks are included in the cost of the workshop. Adults are welcome to stay and sew along or leave if they choose. If your young person wants to bring their own materials and sewing machine, that's perfectly welcome too.

When booking please select each date your young person will attend. I'm not available a few Saturdays because of prior engagements, so those dates will not be available to select. You can book up to the day before each session for flexibility.

About me-

I have over 15+ years experience teaching arts and crafts to children and adults. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and have worked with children and adults with special needs. I try my best to be as enclusive as possible to foster a creative and safe space for all participants.
