Suitable for every level, this class combines mindful movement, breathwork and gentle stretching to release tension, improve flexibility and build strength at your own pace. Surrounded by our rooftop Japanese Garden and stunning waterfront views, you'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and refreshed.
