VW T4 CAMP OUT @ THE DUKE OF LANCASTER

The T4 CampOut 26 is not only an exclusive event with the opportunity to get close to and camp at the historic site of the Duke of Lancaster on the amazing Welsh coastline but also to attend the biggest T4 only event this year. The weekend is aimed at like minded owners to get together and enjoy a weekends camping alongside side this historic liner.

It's going be a relaxed weekend with the opportunity to chill with views overlooking the River Dee and Wirral peninsula at the onsite bar. Reasonably priced and varied food will be available and music both nights at our covered marine themed hangout!

There will also be a small trophy giveaway that wont just reward the shiniest or most spent on vans! You never know it could be you going home with one!

This is a limit space event with only 200 spaces, when the tickets have gone they have gone!

One ticket allows entry of one VW T4 and passengers, but they must be able to sleep in the ticketed van. This site is hard standing as its a dock side, unfortnately no awning will be permitted as space is limited.

Please note whilst toilets will be available there will be no shower facilities.

Tickets are based on a 2 Adults and Children

Terms and Conditions (Sorry - we have to have a few rules!)

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the T4 Campout(hereinafter referred to as the "Event"). By attending the Event, all participants agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

1.2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.

1.3. Payments are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

2.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in the Event.

3. Arrival and Departure

3.1. Participants must arrive at the designated campsite during the specified check-in times.

3.2. All participants must vacate the campsite by the stated departure time.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Participants must respect the natural environment and leave no trace.

4.2. BBQs and campfires are not permitted for safety reasons.

4.3. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM).

4.4. Anti-social behaviour, including excessive drinking, illegal drug use, or harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

5.2. The organiser is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the Event unless caused by negligence on the part of the organiser.

5.3. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the organiser.

6. Weather and Cancellations

6.1. The Event will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organiser.

6.2. In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.

7. Equipment and Facilities

7.1. Participants are responsible for bringing their own camping equipment unless otherwise specified.

7.2. The organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7.3. Participants must use the facilities provided responsibly and report any damage or issues to the organiser.

7.4 Awnings are not permitted due to space restrictions

8. Pets

8.1. Pets are permitted but must be kept on a lead when on site.

8.2. Owners are responsible for keeping pets under control and cleaning up after them.

9. Liability

9.1. The organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants.

9.2. Participants are advised to take out appropriate insurance to cover personal injury, loss, or damage.

10. Photography and Media

10.1. By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

10.2. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organiser in advance.

11. Complaints

11.1. Any complaints during the Event should be directed to the organiser as soon as possible to allow for resolution.

12. Amendments

12.1. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

By attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
