An exploration of embodied presence, connection and authentic relating, via somatic movement, breathwork, group processing & dance.

We will explore:

Who am I when I am present in my body, when I can feel and trust its wisdom?

Who am I in connection with another?

And what happens when I enter a group dynamic?

A workshop series inviting you to slow down, to step in, stay in and look around. To explore who we are, and who we become, in connection. To explore ourselves and one another in a way that is subtle, alive, unscripted, raw and authentic, welcoming our full emotional range and committing to curiosity, moment by moment.

This is for those longing to relate more authentically, with greater aliveness and depth.

Join us for three evenings of breathwork, somatic explorations,

group processing and dance.

The evenings will build upon each other so we would love you to be available for all 3.
