Come and join me for a barefoot walk in Regent's Park on Sunday 11th of October at 10am! This circular walk will be the occasion to explore Regent's Park. We will meet at Regent's Park station for simplicity (Barkerloo Line) For those who are new to barefooting and would like to try, please be reassured that the walk has been studied for beginners as it includes loads of flat surfaces and I will provide a lot of advices to walk safely! Also, you don't have to be barefoot at all time and you can also wear shoes for the whole walk if you want to ease in. Looking forward to see you there!
