Dark Arts — 16 September to 8 November

This autumn, the Great Hall is transformed with floating pumpkins and a festive Halloween spread. Encounter roaming Death Eaters and eerie Dementors, duel against the Dark Side with your wand, and follow the Dark Mark trail using a special Dark Arts activity passport. Not for the faint-hearted!

Hogwarts in the Snow — 14 November 2026 to 17 January 2027

The most magical time of year at the Studio Tour. The Great Hall is dressed in its iconic Christmas decoration as seen in the films, the Gryffindor common room is festively decorated, and the Hogwarts castle model is blanketed in snow using the same techniques from the original Harry Potter films. A truly unforgettable winter experience.

Good to Know

The tour departs from Victoria Coach Station — check-in begins 15 minutes before departure. Your exact gate will be provided in your booking confirmation.

The full experience takes around 7 hours in total: 1–1.5 hours travelling to the Studio Tour, up to 4 hours exploring inside, and 1–1.5 hours travelling back to London, concluding near Victoria Train Station. Timings and the finishing point may vary.

An optional pick-up from Marble Arch is available at the Thistle Hotel, Bryanston Street, London W1H 7EH, for the 1.45pm tour only. This must be selected at the time of booking — please arrive by 1.45pm and wait outside the hotel main entrance.

Children aged 3–4 require a seat on the coach — a transportation charge of £45 applies. Infants aged 2 and under travel free but must still be registered at the time of booking.

For bookings under 10 passengers: free cancellation and full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before departure.

For groups of 10 or more passengers (including multiple bookings): free cancellation or date change if made 30–60 days before departure (depending on group size). Cancellations within this period are charged at 100%.

For the safety of all visitors, bag and personal searches may be carried out on entry. Prohibited items include knives and bladed weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, and CS/pepper spray.

Digital guides are available in 9 languages, purchased on arrival.
