About This Event

A Taste of Nostalgia Potluck will take place on 7 November 2026 at The Eades in London. The event focuses on diasporic nostalgia through food and guided discussion, with all profits going to NOMAD Charity. It aims to celebrate different communities and foster unity while addressing themes of migration and identity.

Join us as we explore the theme of diasporic nostalgia, through food & excellent guided discussion. ALL PROFITS GO TO NOMAD CHARITY

Beyond Borders is a project founded by 2 bestfriends and is dedicated to the growing global diaspora, celebrating different communities and fostering unity, working to understand migration and the complex identities born from it.

Zahra, behind Zahraplated, aims to create safe and halal spaces for all people to gather over intentional food and curated rooms, bridging the art of gathering with the emerging third-space culture in London.

All profits from this event will go directly to NOMAD, a grassroots charity in Harrow, London who support young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds through justice advocacy, youth leadership initiatives and community safe spaces.
