Maybe you’ve had enough and know it’s time for a change. Maybe you’re great at what you do, but you just don’t love it like you used to. Maybe your job is perfectly fine - but you can’t help wondering if there could be more. Or maybe you have a feeling you’d like to do something completely different, but you don't know what that might be yet.

Wherever you’re starting from, Action! is a space to pause, get curious, and work out what you actually want from your working life.

Join us in a function room at a lovely London Bridge pub for a small, friendly and practical workshop where you’ll:

Get to know your strengths - the things you’re good at and you genuinely enjoy doing!

Work out what gives you energy (and what doesn’t) - and what that might tell you about the work that suits you…

Explore what you want more - and less - of in your working life

Start imagining what your next chapter could look like, without needing to have the answer already

Create a mini vision board to bring some of those ideas to life

Think about what you could do next - with practical prompts to help you move from vague ideas to something you can actually explore

Expect hands-on exercises and guided reflection. You don’t need a plan, a perfectly formed career goal, or even a clear idea of what you want.

Just bring yourself, and whatever’s been on your mind lately.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you, some new ideas about what could be next for your work life, and a vision board to anchor this clarity.

Action! is for you if you’ve been thinking (any of the following):

I really don’t want to do this forever.

I’m good at my job, but I’m not sure I want more of the same.

Things are just fine… but I want more than "fine".
