The workshop will cover topics such as staying mobile in labour and using different birth positions. This is aimed at empowering attendees with knowledge of what to expect during birth and ways to facilitate alternative labour and birth positions, massages and natural pain relief.

The workshop is hosted by Lilac Birth Centre and is designed for expectant mothers and their birth partners. It is recommended that each couple books one ticket.

To attend this event, attendees must be 34 weeks pregnant or further along. It is also recommended that birth partners accompany their expectant mothers to the workshop.
