An evening of poetry, stories, conversation and community with haroon khan, celebrating B-Sides & Outtakes.

What happens to the pieces that don’t fit?

The unfinished drafts.

The abandoned ideas.

The conversations that changed us.

The versions of ourselves we left behind.

B-Sides & Outtakes is a collection of poems exploring identity, family, migration, neurodivergence, faith, grief, creativity, belonging, and the strange business of becoming.

Join poet, writer, educator, podcaster and multidisciplinary artist haroon khan for an intimate evening celebrating the launch of his second poetry collection.

Expect:

• Live poetry performances

• Stories behind the poems

• Conversation and reflection

• Music and atmosphere

• Books available to purchase and sign

• A room full of artists, creatives, readers, friends, and curious minds

Whether you’ve followed Haroon’s work for years or are discovering it for the first time, this event is an invitation to pull up a chair, connect, and celebrate the messy, beautiful process of making things.

Because sometimes the B-sides turn out to be the songs that matter most.
