This handstand workshop is designed for absolute beginners - so whether you've ever tried kicking up or not, this is the one for you!

In this workshop we're learning the fundamentals of a handstand, building strength in the correct position and building confidence upside down, so you leave with everything you need to know to practice safely on your own!

🤸🏽 Anyone who wants to feel more confident upside down so they can practice at home/in the gym

No prior handstand or Cali experience is needed - but those who have tried before are also welcome - regressions and options will be provided throughout.
