Designed for those who are ready to take handstands to the next level...

So you can kick up, woo!

But now it's time to take your handstands to the next level... I got you 😉

This workshop is designed for those who can kick up into a handstand and hold for a second or two - so if you're still working on this, come to our beginner workshop first!

In this workshop we're learning the fundamentals of a handstand, building strength in the correct position and building confidence upside down, so you leave with everything you need to know to practice safely on your own!

What the session looks like:

⭐️Understand what's needed to create balance in various shapes

⭐️Learn the tuck hold

⭐️Learn how to balance in stag

⭐️Learn how to balance in straddle

⭐️Understand how to spot others

⭐️Practice creating combos and moving through various shapes

And by the end of the workshop, you'll have new tricks to show off and skills to play with!

This class is suitable for those who can kick up to the wall confidently, and those who feel comfortable practicing away from the wall.
