About This Event

Bounce & Balance - The Great Lock In is a forthcoming high-energy full-body bootcamp taking place in Tower Hamlets, London. Participants will be divided into three teams to rotate through training blocks focused on engine, strength, and core exercises. The event is designed for all fitness levels and aims to provide a supportive atmosphere.

Ready to lock in? 3 teams. 3 blocks. Skipping, strength & core in one high energy full - body workout. All levels welcome!

IT’S TIME TO LOCK IN 🔒

Bounce & Balance is back with The Great Lock In — a high-energy full-body bootcamp designed to get you moving, sweating and feeling strong as we head into the colder months.

You’ll be split into 3 teams and rotate through 3 training blocks: ENGINE, STRENGTH and CORE, before everyone comes together for the ultimate Lock In Finisher.

What to expect:

• 🪢 ENGINE – skipping, cardio & endurance

• 🏋🏿 STRENGTH – full-body strength training

• 🔥 CORE – sculpting, stability & core work

• 🔒 THE LOCK IN FINISHER – everyone comes together to finish strong

• 💙 High energy, good music and even better vibes

• 🙌🏿 Supportive and welcoming atmosphere

• 💪🏿 Suitable for all fitness levels
