We are thrilled to invite you to our special 3-Year Anniversary Half Day Retreat, hosted at The Bird's Nest Rooftop in Brixton!

This is a celebration of resilience, joy, and the importance of wellness within the BPOC community.

Over the past 3 years, we've seen how crucial it is for us to create and hold space for our own wellness. Too often, mainstream wellness spaces overlook or marginalise our experiences. This event is our opportunity to carve out a dedicated sanctuary where we can prioritise our health, joy, and community. It's more than just self-care; it's about reclaiming and affirming our right to thrive.

Join us for a half-day retreat of movement, reflection, creativity, music, food and connection.

We have an exciting lineup with rooftop yoga, games & socialising, a mental wellbeing workshop, sound healing, and delicious food & drinks! Enjoy breathtaking views of the city as you connect with like-minded people who understand your experience. We’re bringing together inspiring facilitators who understand and honour our journeys, creating a day that reflects the richness, diversity and joy within our communities.
