Join us for the last guided forest bathing experience of the series in the ancient Woodland of Lesnes Abbey Woods.

Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a slow, sensory way of being in nature — not walking for exercise, but arriving fully. Sessions move gently through the ancient woodland, with stillness, guided invitations, and time to simply be. No experience needed.

This is the closing session of a forest bathing series that began in March, tracking the woods through spring and summer into early autumn.

Grace is a certified Nature & Forest Therapy guide, trained through the Nature and Forest Therapy Institute.
