YOGA STYLE

Vinyasa Yoga - is a creative and dynamic style where movement is synchronized with the breath. Unlike static styles, the poses flow together in a dance-like rhythm, building heat, strength, and agility. It is the perfect balance of physical challenge and moving meditation.
