This autumn, Chaptrs & Chai is entering its self-help era. 🍂

For the next season of our monthly audiobook club, we’ll be working our way through self-help titles from the Chaptrs shelves, exploring what it looks like to become better versions of ourselves while keeping our deen at the centre.

And where better to begin than with our intentions?

Our first listen of the season is The Book of Intentions — an opportunity to reflect on the why behind the things we do.

What to expect ☕️

We’ll spend the afternoon:

Reflecting on key lessons from the audiobook

Having open, guided discussions as a group

Exploring how we can apply what we've learned to our own lives

Journaling through our signature Soul Notes

Meeting and connecting with other Muslim women

And, of course, enjoying plenty of chai and treats along the way

This is simply a space for Muslim women to come together, learn from one another and leave with something meaningful to take into the month ahead.

We recommend listening to The Book of Intentions on Chaptrs before attending so you can get the most from the conversation.

One audiobook. One afternoon. Plenty of chai. And a room full of women trying to grow together.
