As part of our Autumn Preservation season in the Food & Drink Studio, join us for a special evening with award-winning health journalist and bestselling author of The Age Code, Dr David Cox. This intimate dinner will explore the link between what we eat and how we prepare it with our long term health.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course menu inspired by the latest research into longevity. Every element of the experience has been carefully considered, from the nutrient-rich, seasonal ingredients on the plate to the cooking implements and preparation methods used in the kitchen. Designed to celebrate foods and techniques associated with healthspan and vitality, the menu will showcase how small, intentional choices can contribute to long-term wellbeing without compromising on flavour or enjoyment.
Throughout the evening, Dr Cox will share insights from his work investigating the science of ageing and longevity, drawing on themes from The Age Code to uncover what really influences how we age. Expect an engaging and accessible conversation, offering practical perspectives on the role food, lifestyle and environment play in supporting a longer, healthier life.
