About DEEP-HEAT RIVALRY

DEEP-HEAT RIVALRY is a comedy about professional ice hockey, set in a world where on-ice rivalry and off-ice desire collide. It follows sworn enemies Shane Hollandaise and Ilya Stroganoff, two talented hockey stars whose clashes are legendary, even as they struggle to hide that they are in love.

Written and directed by Oliver-nominated Trevor Ashley, this new parody mixes locker-room drama, forbidden romance, parody songs and broad comedy. It is loosely inspired by a hit TV series, with the focus firmly on relationships, chaos and sport being treated with very little seriousness.

The show includes full-frontal nudity, power ballads, innuendo and emotional scenes in tiny towels. It is presented as a full-contact comedy rather than a sports drama.

Running time: 1 hour 15 minutes. Age guidance: 18+.
