The event 'Duality: Journeys of Ageing and Multiple Long-Term Conditions' will occur on 8 September 2026 at 16:00 in London. The free wellness event, hosted at King's College London's Bush House, will explore ageing with multiple long-term conditions. The venue is to be confirmed.
Join us at the historic Bush House at King's College London to explore complex experiences of ageing and multiple long-term conditions.
At the heart of the event is a community photo exhibition capturing the real dualities of ageing: the joys, frustrations, strengths, and complexities that shape everyday life. Participate in our Human Library, where you can sit down with people living with these experiences to hear their stories firsthand. Engage with the community information booths, where you can learn about a selection of community and health groups dedicated to supporting your health and wellbeing. And don't miss our live conversation between a health professional and someone with lived experience on how to realistically incorporate exercise into your routine. (By the way, there's food)!
Whether you're living with multiple long-term conditions, supporting someone who is, or simply curious to listen and learn, this is a welcoming space to reflect, share insights, and connect with others on similar journeys.
Free to attend, all are welcome. Registration required for entry to the venue.
