About This Event

This event invites primary school children from the Borough of Greenwich, especially those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), along with their families, to explore the East Greenwich Fire Station. It's a chance for both kids and grown-ups to learn more about fire safety in a friendly environment. The day includes interactive displays and maybe even a short tour led by firefighters. Admission is free so everyone can enjoy this opportunity together.

*** PLEASE NOTE, ADULTS DO NOT REQUIRE A TICKET FOR THIS EVENT. A TICKET WILL NEED TO BE BOOKED FOR EACH CHILD (under 16, excluding babies) THIS ENSURES WE CAN KEEP THE EVENT TO A CONTROLLED NUMBER ***

A chance for Primary School children in the Borough of Greenwich with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) to visit East Greenwich Fire Station. This event includes water play (so bring a spare change of clothes), messy play, sensory areas and quiet rooms. Attendees can look at our Fire engines, spray water using our hose reels and explore our Fire Staion knowing their needs will be met. We also have our Educational Team attending, who will help promote Fire Safety through practical play, sensory toys and role play. We look forward to seeing you there.
