Healing for body, mind and spirit in Covent Garden every Monday 3:30-7:30pm

Come along to the Central London Healing Centre for a relaxing healing session.

Do I need an appointment? No. We are a walk-in centre and will see you promptly if a healer is available.

How much does it cost? We kindly request a voluntary cash or card donation, payable upon receipt of healing, and suggest a minimum of £12.

How long is a healing session? 20-30 minutes.

Where is the centre? Hop Gardens is off St Martin's Lane, a short stroll from Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square tube. On St Martin's Lane, look for the white cinema-like sign or the Cote Brasserie restaurant and turn up the path in between. The Friends Meeting House is on the left - look for our buzzer for admission. (See map and picture). Once you enter, climb the stairs on your right to the first floor and come into the Hughes room.

What is energy healing? Healing as practised at this Centre, being part of The Healing Trust, is a natural energy therapy that complements conventional medicine by treating the whole person - mind, body and spirit. Healers are thought to act as a conduit for healing energy, the benefits of which can be felt on many levels.

What is the purpose of healing? To bring into harmony your mind, body and spirit; it is not limited to effecting only a physical improvement. While healing is occasionally achieved in one session, it is normally progressive and you may need to attend over a period of time before the full effects of healing are secured. Whilst many people have reported physical and/or emotional benefits from attending healing sessions, The Healing Trust cannot promise or guarantee any particular result.

How long has the Central London Healing Centre been open? We are approaching our 40th anniversary and have been at Hop Gardens for more than 30 years!

What is the Healing Trust?
