About This Event

A MESSAGE FROM FRANCK CARDUCCI: “’The Game of Life - Don’t stop dreaming, don’t fear change’ That quote from one of my songs has always been the motto I’ve lived by, both personally and in a musical context. What started out as "Franck Carducci" in 2010, later developed into "Franck Carducci & Friends", subsequently "The Franck Carducci Band", and lately "Franck Carducci & The Fantastic Squad" - the current band I’m touring with, and which most of you probably know best. I have a lot for which to thank this truly "fantastic" squad as they all have contributed to interpreting and performing my music in a unique way. Now, after 7 years of intense touring all over Europe, I have decided to bring this formation to an end. So, at the end of 2026, we will part ways in peace and love and head towards new horizons. I wish all of the Squad nothing but great success and happiness. I will keep you all posted about the next chapter of my book, so stay tuned. Now, if you want to see the Fantastic Squad perform one last time, this is your call!” FRANCK CARDUCCI & THE FANTASTIC SQUAD do not just offer an ordinary concert, they deliver a true experience with music of course - authentic 70s rock that evokes Pink Floyd, Supertramp, and Led Zeppelin. They oscillate from powerful and energetic sounds to atmospheric moods that lend themselves to daydreaming... We guarantee it will be a magical journey! However, limiting it to just the sound would be extremely reductive because this project is also a full show, with costumes, staging, humour, narration, and whimsical instruments. Your senses will not be given a second of rest. You vibrate, you marvel, you have fun! It's a unique, generous, festive, glittery, fun, and glamorous show that will conquer any audience. “A very tough act to follow!” – [Sting] Support is from JON HUNT, a singer/ songwriter/ multi-instrumentalist from London. His music, though often described as 'quintessentially English' is eclectic in style ranging from alternative rock and power-pop to ballads, vocal and acoustic guitar to progressive rock and psychedelia. His fourth full-length album 'An Explosion Of Nothing' was released in Summer 2024. Jon is delighted to be opening for Franck Carducci & The Fantastic Squad and will be playing a selection of songs from both his back catalogue and forthcoming EP in a vocal-acoustic-pedals format. "In conclusion, with innovative sound design, great lyrics, a smattering of "prog" - this is a 5-star album..." - The Progressive Aspect "Terrific" - Tom Robinson - BBC 6 Music "Prog-pop and kitchen-sink poetry at their most captivating" – Classic Rock magazine "Fantastic - Sheer Englishness" - Francis Dunnery
