Sound healing is a restorative practice that supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Join Stephanie Waxberg – a London based qualified sound healer – for a practice focusing on grounding, balancing and reconnecting to your intuition. Guests will enjoy a 60 minute sound bath during which Stephanie will use a variety of instruments including Crystal Tone alchemy bowls, tuning forks and Koshi chimes. The vibrational frequency of these instruments will help guests attain a deep meditative state of consciousnesses, and bring balance, harmony and calm.
