Let the vibrations wash over you, bringing a sense of peace and tranquility to your mind and body. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to de-stress and find inner harmony. Don't miss out on this unique and transformative experience! Chairs and a limited number of cushions will be available but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT OR BLANKET IF YOU USE ONE.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME as it is disturbing to other guests if people arrive after the start time. There will be no entry after 7.05pm

We are operating a staggered pricing structure for this event to make it accessible for everyone, including the opportunity to pay forward to cover the costs for someone unable to pay the full cost. Please pay according to your ability to do so.

Following the meditation we will be offering a donation basis 'healthy' bar (herbal teas and fruit water etc) so you can stay around and chat to Cathy or your fellow meditation lovers! Doors will close at 9pm.
