This is a 55-minute journey into deep relaxation, guided by the resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and crystal bowls. As the sound washes over you, your mind settles into a slower, dreamier state — the kind of stillness that's hard to reach on your own. Sound has long been used as a tool for relaxation and release. The vibrations move through the body, easing tension and helping quiet a busy mind. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — some drift into vivid, dreamlike states along the way. Led by Marco, a Sound Therapist with over a decade of experience, this session takes place in a warm, cozy space designed for total unwinding. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere — and time at the end to share how it felt, if you'd like to. What to bring: Yoga mats are provided, but bring your own if you have one.
