Studio108 is that safe and relaxed environment where you can venture within, reconnect with your higher self and find peace of mind. We begin the session with mindfulness exercises, breath-works and mantra meditation 🍃🧘🏾‍♂️

We have partnered up with Ahimsa Eco Village, Leicester, to support the cause of non-violent dairy🐄🥰. All food served at Studio 108 is either Ahimsa vegan, meaning either vegan, or using dairy product from an Ahimsa farm, where the cows are taken care of with love, and never slaughtered!
