An Art & Mindfulness Walk along The Line, exploring the connection between contemporary art, wellbeing and mindful seeing.
Would you like to explore the connection between art, mindfulness and wellbeing?
Join us for a gentle and inspiring mindful walk along The Line, London's outdoor art trail, where Jolanda Crettaz Chandler, an art curator and leader of art and cultural experiences, and Louloua Aita, a visual artist and mindfulness teacher, come together to explore a selection of contemporary sculptures through art, conversation and mindfulness.
Research increasingly highlights the positive impact that engagement with the arts can have on wellbeing and human connection.
As we walk together along this unique outdoor art trail, we'll explore the art of seeing; moving beyond simply looking to experiencing art with curiosity, presence and awareness. Along the way, we'll notice how the surrounding landscape, architecture and natural environment shape our experience of the artworks, inviting us to be with them in new ways.
Leave feeling nourished, inspired and more connected to yourself, others and the world around you.
As a thank you for joining us, participants will receive an exclusive 10% discount towards a future London art tour with Jolanda or a mindfulness course with Louloua.
