Join Brown Girls Summit for an evening of sunset yoga led by Kavi, connection and a community picnic overlooking the London skyline.

Slow down, stretch out and join us for an evening of movement and community.

Golden Hour Flow is an outdoor sunset yoga session hosted by Brown Girls Summit and led by yoga instructor Kavi. Together we'll practise an accessible, all-levels yoga as the sun begins to set over Primrose Hill.

After yoga, we'll stay to enjoy a relaxed bring-your-own picnic, giving everyone the chance to unwind, connect and meet new people while taking in one of London's best sunset views.

Whether you're coming solo or with a friend, we'd love to have you.

What to bring

• Yoga mat

• Picnic or dinner

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement

• A light jacket or jumper for later in the evening

Experience level

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

The session is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice.

Weather

This is an outdoor event.

If the weather is unsuitable or unsafe, attendees will be contacted with an update regarding postponement or cancellation.

Accessibility

The yoga session will take place on grass.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us before the event.
