Join Louise from Journey into Stillness for a relaxing gong bath in the peaceful surroundings of Woldingham, Surrey.

A gong bath is a deeply immersive sound experience where you lie comfortably on your mat while the vibrations and tones of the gong wash over you. There is nothing you need to do — simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to relax.

The session offers a chance to:

Slow down and switch off from everyday life

Release tension and quieten a busy mind

Support deep relaxation and rest

Take some time for yourself

Journey into a calmer, more peaceful state

What to expect

The session lasts approximately one hour. You'll be invited to lie down comfortably while I create a relaxing soundscape using gongs and other sound instruments.

No previous experience or meditation experience is needed.

What to bring

Please bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

A blanket or sleeping bag to keep warm

A small cushion or pillow if you'd like one

Water to drink

Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
