About High School Musical

High School Musical at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre celebrates 20 years since Disney’s film became a global sensation. The stage musical follows Troy, Gabriella and the students of East High as they navigate first love, friendship and self-discovery alongside classes, basketball games, auditions and the expectations of their peers.

This new production features Harry Judd (McFly) as Coach Bolton and original High School Musical film cast member KayCee Stroh as Ms Darbus, with Tobias Turley, Leonor Correia, Caitlin Tipping and Luke Bayer as Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay and Ryan. Co-directed by Hope Mill Theatre founders Joseph Houston and William Whelton, it uses extended staging and on-stage seating to create an immersive East High setting.

The show includes songs from the original film, including Breaking Free, Get’cha Head in the Game, Stick to the Status Quo and We’re All In This Together.
