Join us in Epping Forest for our first ever hiking trip!

Hiking With Strangers will be centred around autumn as a season of transition... using the changing landscape as an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature and reflect on our own seasons of change. This hike will be led by Tinuke Oyediran, an adventure and nature-healing specialist, and 3x Guinness World Record holder!

This guided experience will be a circular woodland walk, starting and finishing at Epping Forest Visitor Centre. It will be relaxed, combining walking and conversation with a few simple nature-based practices.

Epping Forest is a nationally significant landscape spanning more than 6,000 acres of ancient woodland, making it a beautiful setting for an autumn experience.

Tinuke Oyediran is an adventure presenter, outdoor storyteller, 3x Guinness World Record holder and adventure and nature-healing specialist, using the outdoors as a space for connection, resilience, healing and personal growth.

A BBC Survivor UK personality and experienced presenter, Tinuke’s work spans adventure, movement and storytelling, from mountaineering, extreme watersports and survival techniques to creating experiences that help people reconnect with nature and themselves.

As a prominent voice for greater diversity in the UK outdoors, Tinuke is passionate about creating outdoor experiences where people feel represented, welcomed and like they truly belong outdoors. Her work sits at the intersection of adventure, nature, wellbeing and community, with a particular focus on how time in nature can help us slow down, reconnect and move through different seasons of life.
