Line dancing isn't just fun, it's a fantastic workout that improves coordination, balance and fitness, while giving your brain a boost too. Please bring trainers or cowboy boots and wear whatever you feel comfortable in, whether that is gym wear or your favourite flared jeans and cowboy hat!
