The Roman city of Londinium was abandoned by around 500AD but its foundations are still part of the fabric of the urban landscape we know today and there’s a wealth of remaining fragments, from small artefacts to temple foundations all on display, if you know where to look.

Come and join us on a walk that takes in as many of the remaining Roman remains in the City of London as possible, including parts of the old city wall, Roman fort and even a section of what was once a great amphitheatre.

PLEASE NOTE The walk will start outside the London Mithraeum at 10.30am. If you wish to visit this temple before the walk starts (recommended) then we would suggest you book the 10am entry to see the Temple - as access is only every 20 minutes. Book Temple
