Through interactive drills, partner work, and teamwork, students develop coordination, resilience, and confidence—whether their goal is fitness, self-defence, or training to compete in the long term. These sessions are funded by the London Marathon Foundation. About the facilitator Born in Hong Kong, Karina began her martial arts journey at 4 years old.
