Thai Yoga Massage is conducted fully clothed on the floor on a futon mat. Thania (they/them) uses compression and passive stretching in prone, supine, side-lying and seated positions. It is as wonderful as it sounds! Thania is offering two 50 min sessions every two weeks on Saturday from 1-3:30pm.
