About Mamma Mia!

Mamma Mia! at the Novello Theatre, London, is the ABBA musical built around a story of family, love and identity on a Greek island. It follows a mother, a daughter and three possible fathers, with the action set to some of ABBA’s best-known songs.

Premiering in London’s West End over 25 years ago, the production has been seen by over 70 million people worldwide. It has also been adapted into two films: MAMMA MIA! and MAMMA MIA! Here We Go Again.

The show is designed as an accessible evening or matinee theatre outing for a wide age range, with the story and songs clearly rooted in a well-known musical format.

Duration: 2 hours 35 minutes including one interval. Performance times: Monday to Saturday 7.45pm; Thursday and Saturday 3.00pm.

Before you book

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under 3 will not be admitted.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. This production contains flashing lights. No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase. Please note that seating plans are not accurate representations of the auditorium; if you have specific requirements, you should discuss these with the theatre before booking.
