There's an unhelpful tendency to think of motivation, drive and energy as personality traits, but we know that neurobiology plays a huge part. This monthly workshop brings together the science of dopamine (the brain chemical behind drive, focus and pleasure) with movement, co-led by a mindfulness-based cognitive therapist and a fitness & barre instructor.Each workshop is designed to put the science into action: combining guided barre & somatic movement, with deeply restorative sound healing.While the science has particular relevance for anyone with ADHD, this workshop is designed for everyone who wants to feel more focused, energised and in control of their own drive -- no experience with barre, fitness or sound healing required.This is a taster of the ideas behind Baseline, our natural dopamine retreat in southern Spain in March 2027!
