Take on an 8-week boxing journey that will push you, challenge you and give you the opportunity to experience the incredible feeling of stepping into the ring on fight night!

This is a mixed event and is open to both MEN & WOMEN.

Whether you've always wanted to box, want a new fitness challenge, or simply want to do something completely outside your comfort zone — this is your chance!

All fitness levels and experience are welcome.

👊 NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!

You don't need to be a boxer to sign up.

Our fight camp is designed to take complete beginners through an 8-week training programme , giving you the skills, fitness and confidence needed to step into the ring.

Already have some boxing experience? You can sign up too — just make sure you tell us about your previous experience when registering so our team can assess you appropriately.

⚙️ What Equipment do I need to take part?

We recommend that you get the following kit to take part:

Boxing gloves (16 oz)

Open-faced headguard

Hand wraps (4m are ideal)

Trainers / Boxing boots

Gumshield (Required from week 2 onwards)

You can order or buy at the gym, alternatively, you will find a great selection online.

⚖️ MATCHMAKING

Throughout the 8 weeks, our coaches will assess fighters based on factors including weight, ability, experience and progression .

We will always aim to create fair and competitive matches.

🎟️ What does it cost? & Ticket Sales

When you register to take part, we will ask you to pay a £100 Training fee . This contributes to the set-up costs for this fight camp.

We also ask all participants to commit to selling a minimum of 6 tickets to the final Fight Night. This way your friends, family, and biggest fans can cheer you on when you step through the ropes. Remember, this event is about showcasing your hard work! Make sure your supporters see it!

At the end of your 8 weeks, you'll have the chance to put everything you've learned into action and experience the buzz of a Rival fight night .

Tickets will start at £25 each * (online tickets will be subject to a 10% Fatsoma booking fee).

*Early bird tickets will be available online in week 1-3 of fight camp. Ticket prices will increase to £30 from week 4 and will be available as paper tickets direct from fighters, the gym and online (all online tickets are subject to a 10% booking fee). On the night, there will be a limited number of tickets to buy at £35 on the door.
