Harmony Way Sound Bath ✨Take a break from the demands of everyday life and join us for an evening of deep relaxation, rest and renewal.

During this immersive sound bath, you'll be gently guided into a state of calm as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments wash over you. The sounds are designed to help quiet a busy mind, ease tension held in the body and create space for rest and self-care.

Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained or simply looking for time to switch off, this session offers a peaceful environment to relax and reconnect with yourself.

No experience is needed, simply come as you are.

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
