Sound, stillness and ease
Welcome to Norman Park Community Sports Centre for a nourishing sound bath that invites balance, openness, and soulful connection.
Immersed in the healing frequencies of sound, you will be gently guided on a meditative journey inward. Through intention, mindful awareness, and sonic vibration, you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself, cultivating compassion and inner harmony.
This nurturing sound journey supports relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity, and renewed energy.
The sound bath includes:
Shamanic Instruments – grounding, gently guiding the inner journey
Handgong - cosmic vibrations, expansion
Crystal Singing Bowls – deep relaxation, harmony
Koshi Chimes – ethereal tones, gentle transitions
Instruments are played softly and intuitively, creating a soothing journey for body, mind, and spirit. Oracle cards will also be available for insight and connection. Together, these practices nurture inner peace, restore balance, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed.

What to bring?
Yoga mats are provided at the venue. Feel free to bring extra floor cushioning if needed.
Please bring a pillow or two for under the head/knees and a cozy blanket for comfort, as you will be laying down most of the time.
Wear comfortable clothing.
You may want to bring a bottle of water for rehydration.
Arriving
Please arrive in time for a prompt start at 2pm. There is a short grace period, but once the the meditation has started, latecomers will not be admitted. If you arrive after this point, please do not knock. Thank you for understanding - this helps ensure a calm, uninterrupted experience for all participants.
Before entering the room, please leave your shoes in the shoe rack provided outside.

There is a free car park area at the venue.

Sound healing and Reiki are gentle wellbeing practices. These sessions are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or for those with a pacemaker.
