As women, we're often so busy looking after everyone else that we forget to make time for ourselves.

Whether you're feeling stressed, tired, navigating hormonal changes, living with a pelvic or uterine condition, or simply craving a few hours to switch off, this afternoon is an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself in a relaxed and supportive space.

We'll begin with a yoni (womb) yoga session designed to help release pelvic tension, support menstrual & menopausal health, promote emotional release and calm your nervous system. No experience is needed, this is suitable for all abilities.

After a break for refreshments and conversation, you'll learn about traditional yoni steam practices that have long been used in women's self-care rituals. You'll create your own personalised yoni steam herbal blend to take home, along with guidance on how these herbs have traditionally been used and important safety information.
