More people than ever are being prescribed ADHD medication, with over 400,000 people in England receiving it in 2025. For many, it helps, but for others it can bring new challenges. Emerging research has shown the value of non-medical and lifestyle-based approaches, and a more holistic way of understanding and supporting ADHD.
The Holistic ADHD Summit is designed to give you practical, science-backed tools to understand and manage ADHD in everyday life. Rather than focusing on a single approach, we look at the whole person: how nutrition, movement, sleep, emotional wellbeing, daily routines, and practical tools can work together to support focus, energy, and quality of life. You’ll leave not only with actionable insights, but also with a deeper understanding of yourself.
