About The Hunger Games On Stage

The Hunger Games On Stage at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre brings Suzanne Collins’ internationally acclaimed story to London in 2025 as the first-ever theatre adaptation of the book and Lionsgate motion picture.

An award-winning creative team, including playwright Conor McPherson and director Matthew Dunster, brings the story to the stage. The production follows Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds in a tale of courage, hope and unbreakable human spirit.

Key facts: Act 1 runs for 1 hour 07 mins, there is a 20-minute interval, and Act 2 runs for 1 hour 08 mins.

Before you book

This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe, plus depictions of murder and manslaughter and references to death, grief and guilt. No under 3s are permitted. The production is recommended for ages 12+, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
