An all-level boxing session is scheduled for 15 October 2026 at 18:45 in the Sports Hall at Wandle Recreation Centre in Wandsworth. Participants will engage in drills, combinations, and light sparring, and are required to bring trainers, handwraps, gloves, and gumshields.
ALL LEVELS Thurs we are in the Sports Hall, Court 4. Please ask front desk staff to point you in right direction What's involved: * Boxing Drills * Practice Combinations * Develop Boxing hand speed * Light Sparring What you'll need: * Decent pair of Trainers! This will be on flat surface with no mats, good sports trainers are essential! * Also bring following equipment; Handwraps, Gloves, Gumshields, Groinbox etc (you should always have these equipment with you). Shinguards are not required for this class There is Sparring in this class. Although light & controlled sparring there are always risk of injury like with every contact sport. Please be mindful of this before RSVP'ing
